If You want to turn on or off driver updates than follow the Steps below in Your Windows 10 PC.

Step 1 : Login to Your Windows 10 PC.

Step 2 : Open Control Panel.

Step 3 : Click on Devices and Printers.

Devices and Printers Option Will be Available Under Hardware and Sound.

Step 4 : You Will Find the list of Devices Installed On Your PC.

Step 5 : Right Click on Any Device.

Step 6 : Select Device installation Settings.

Step 7 : It Will Open A New Window Stating Do you want Windows to download Drivers 

and Other Realistic Icons....",And You Will Find Yes, do this Automatically Option Checked 


Checking Automatically download driver updates from Windows Update Option 

denotes the device driver being Updated Automatically through Windows Update.i.e 

the Automatic driver installation Option is already turned on.

But, if you want to turn off automatic driver updates in Windows 10 then, follow the 

above steps and

Step 8 : Click on No,Let me Choose on Step 7.

Step 9 : You Will Find "Always Choose the driver from Windows Update..."Option Checked 


Step 10 :Select "Never install driver Software from Windows Update.." Option.
