Game mode keyboard Shortcuts that will work on Windows 10 Creators Update

We people all know that there will be a new feature called game mode in windows 10 Creators

update for providing smooth performance while we play games.. Windows 10 creators update have 

this separate field option inside the Settings App. but we can't visit every now and then to use game

mode right ? So Microsoft had included some keyboard shortcuts for gamers, which i like to share it

here..



So, if you are searching for such things, then i hope this post will be helpful for you too..

OK, let's see some keyboard shortcuts that will work on your game mode...

To Open Game bar -  Windows (logo) + G Keys

To Record - Windows + Alt + G Keys

To start or stop recording - Windows + Alt + R Keys.

Show Recording timer - Windows + Alt + T Keys

Microphone on or off - Windows + Alt + M Keys..

To pause or start broadcast - Windows + Alt + B Keys

To show Camera in broadcast - Windows + Alt + W Keys

This are the shortcut keys i know, if you know any other keys, then you can add it on comments if

you wish..

Why this displays only on some games..?

You may had seen this game bar displayed only on some games, this is because it was programmed

to work only on Microsoft verified games. So, if this was displayed automatically then that's because

the game was verified by Microsoft and you may had an option that we are discussing on this post

checked.

So, how to disable it ?

Just follow the steps below..

1) Open Settings

2) Click on Gaming

3) Selecting gaming will open the new window, with many options like Game bar, Game DVR, Broadcasting,etc..

4) Click on Game bar on the left pane.

5) Now, on your right pane find the option "Show Game bar when i play full screen games

6) Uncheck the box..

and close the window..

You will no longer the game bar displayed while playing full screen games..

Just follow the below steps..

1) Press Windows + I Keys, which will open Settings App

2) Click on Gaming

3) When you clicked, it will display many options like Game bargame dvr,  Broadcasting,etc..

Click on Game mode in the left pane..

4) Now, on your right pane, you can see Game mode settings..

Find "Use Game mode " option

5) Under that, find the option "Get Game mode Notifications"



6) Uncheck the box

and close the window..

No, we don't require any software to enable or disable game mode in windows 10.

Just follow the below steps..

1) Press Windows + I Keys, which will open Settings App

2) Click on Gaming

3) When you clicked, it will display many options like Game bar, game dvr,  Broadcasting,etc..

Click on Game mode in the left pane..

4) Now, on your right pane, you can see Game mode settings..

1) Click/tap on the right side of the option,so that it looks ON.

Coming to creators update : Mixed reality and Gaming section inside System settings App in Windows 10 Creators update [feature]

Looks, like Microsoft is testing more and more features before the arrival of Windows 10 creators update scheduled April 2017 release. In a very short blog post today, Microsoft team announced there will be a new option inside the Settings App called Gaming, this option will have all the option 
especially designed for Gamers, it will feature settings for Game bar, Game DVR, and broadcasting..
Currently, this feature was scheduled to release in the upcoming Windows 10 Insider preview build..
Clicking on this section will take you to game mode..

 This game mode have settings related to GameBar, game DVR and broadcasting.
Coming to creators update : Mixed reality and Gaming section inside System settings App in Windows 10 Creators update [feature]


Most of the Xbox one options are migrated to this section, as i had seen Options like Keys to take screenshot, turning on or off game mode,etc..

Since, they had released only the first look of gaming section, exact details about other features are
not known, i will post the details in our blog when they are available.. Details about Mixed Reality was also not known, may be they may release in the upcoming builds..
