Night mode in Windows 10 - How to turn on or turn off night light in Windows 10 Creators 

Update Windows 10 Creators update, features a new f.lux app like feature. What this option 

does is, it will automatically detect our location and will automatically adjust our system's 

light by using some algorithm. to protect the amount of light entering our eyes. It is like a 

blue light filter option seen on Android. 

So, if you wish to turn on or turn off this night light option, then here is the guide for you..


How to enable or turn on night light filter mode in Windows 10 Creators update..


1) Press Windows (logo) and R Keys of your Keyboard

2) Type ms-settings:display

3) Hit enter Key.

4) Now, it will open a new settings window, with display setting (on the left pane)

5) Now, on your right pane, look for an option called Night Light 

6) Below, the Night light text, there will be a switch/option, click on the right side of the option so 

that it looks ON.




That's it, you had enabled night light mode in Windows 10


How to disable or turn off night light filter mode in Windows 10 Creators update


1) Press Windows (logo) and R Keys of your Keyboard

2) Type ms:settings/display

3) Hit enter Key.

4) Now, it will open a new settings window, with display setting (on the left pane)

5) Now, on your right pane, look for an option called Night Light 

6) Below, the Night light text, there will be a switch/option, click on the left side of the option so 

that it looks OFF.

That's it..

It will disable night light mode in windows 10.

I turned on Night mode, now I can't turn it off. I have tried every place. Shows of in setting, in the notification window it keeps reverting to night mode, and focus assistant stays in the moon mode? Please help. I have a HP Pavilion 17. Thank you
