Microsoft needs CAB file to fix the Store issue [Windows 10]

Recently,We faced a big problem in our Windows 10 PC,Which is Windows Store 

only displays blank Screen When launched.And Here is Some Good news from Microsoft .

Microsoft Acknowledges the Error and they are looking for "diagonistic information to 

Identify the Problem,For That They Asks Users to Send the diagnostic information And 

their Feedback to their Engineering team.

Since, it Can't do Anything At the Moment Without finding out the real Cause they are 

requesting Users to Send the required Information.

And they had Also Provided the Way to Send the log files.

  • For that We need to Run WSCollect exe file as Admin.


  • WSCollect Application Will Collect Our log information in the form of CAB file. 



  • The Next thing the Company Ask us to do is to upload the details by Sending an Mailing to 


Win10Store@Microsoft.com.
