Check your exact processor model via Settings > System > About, match it against the directory in this guide, then run Microsoft's PC Health Check app to confirm TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are active. Doing both steps catches the two separate ways an upgrade gets blocked: the chip itself and the firmware settings around it.
