How to download language pack on Windows 10 insider preview 15060?
Just follow the below steps..
1) First visit the below link.
Make sure, you know your bit version of Windows 10.
2) There will be two folders, one is x86 bit and the other one is x64 bit.
Simply, open the folder of your system version.
For example : x86 bit version.
3) It will open the download files, simply, select your language and download the cab file.
Install the file like other programs and enjoy.
